Questions

Before we begin.

How do you bring soul and purpose into a brand identity?

We begin with your story, your values and the client you most want to attract. From there I shape the essentials, from logo and custom typography to a strategic colour palette, so that every asset represents you authentically.

What does your handcrafted approach involve?

Instead of generic templates, I create illustration and typography specifically for your brand. The result is a set of visual assets that are genuinely yours, and very difficult to replicate.

How long does a full branding project take?

Usually six to ten weeks, across four phases: Discovery, Design, Refinement and Launch. We collaborate at every step so the final result is true to your vision.

Which platform should my new website be built on?

It depends on how you work. Shopify suits brands selling physical products. Squarespace suits service, portfolio and content-led businesses that want to edit the site themselves. For the most refined result, I hand-build and host bespoke sites that load quickly and look exactly as designed.

We will choose the right one together on our first call.

Can you redesign the website I already have?

Of course. I regularly redesign, migrate and move sites between platforms. If you love your current platform but it needs a visual refresh or a better experience, I can elevate it to match your brand today.

Will my website work on mobile and be found on Google?

Always. Mobile-first design and foundational SEO are standard on every site I build: clear structure, clean code, optimised images and complete metadata, so the right people find you.
