Who is responsible

Pia Pucciarello, PP Studio Bespoke, at the address above, is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. This notice follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies to visitors and clients in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the GDPR and UK GDPR.

What I collect, and why

Enquiries. When you send the enquiry form, I receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to tell me about your project. I use them only to reply to you and to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your request and my legitimate interest in answering it.
Email and telephone. If you write or call, I keep our correspondence for as long as we work together and as long as accounting law requires.
Visiting the site. The hosting provider records standard technical data, such as your IP address, browser and the time of your visit, to deliver the site and keep it secure. I do not use these logs to identify you.

Who processes data for me

Netlify, Inc. (United States) hosts this website and receives enquiry form submissions on my behalf, under a data processing agreement. Data may therefore be processed in the United States, with safeguards recognised under Swiss and EU law.
My email provider receives the notification of each enquiry.

Fonts are served from this website itself, and the site loads no third-party trackers, advertising or social media plugins. Links to Instagram open Instagram's own site, where Meta's privacy policy applies.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within twelve months. Client records are kept for as long as Swiss law requires, usually ten years for accounting documents.

Your rights

You may ask to see the personal data I hold about you, to correct or delete it, to receive a copy, or to object to its use, at any time, by writing to pia@ppstudiobespoke.com. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you live in the EU or UK, your local supervisory authority.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking, so there is nothing to accept or decline. If that ever changes, this notice will be updated and you will be asked first.

Image rights and copyright

All designs, text and photography on this site are © PP Studio Bespoke unless stated otherwise, and may not be reproduced without permission.

Client work is shown with the permission of the clients concerned. Brand names and logos belong to their owners. Some journal stories include press and exhibition imagery for editorial commentary; all rights remain with the respective owners and photographers. If you hold the rights to an image here and would like it credited differently or removed, please write to pia@ppstudiobespoke.com.
